Victor Sofia: Senior Business Consultant
Victor’s award-winning performance as a corporate trainer for Brinker International, as well as Outback International provides Victor insight into corporate challenges and small business growth issues. Additional experience as a sole proprietor in the surveillance security industry further supplements his business knowledge. Victor earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University which provides a firm foundation for his evaluation of client needs. Victor serves as PEO Consultant and Workers Comp Co-Op representative.
Gary Rifkin: Senior Business Consultant
With an award-winning history beginning with GTE Federal Credit Union’s Auto Advisors Program, Rifkin rose through the ranks of the luxury retail auto industry to serve as General Manager of a Lincoln Mercury Dealership, and as Finance Director for Reeves Import Motor Cars. Rifkin earned an Associates degree in Biology and attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. Rifkin represents the Worker’s Comp Co-op Program while consulting and negotiating with PEOs on behalf of his clients.
J. Michael Scroggins- Senior Business Consultant
A two-time annual award winner with Payroll Consultants, Michael has over 25 years experience in the Staffing and PEO industry. A former OTC product representative for Bristol-Myers Corporation, Michael has also worked with Adecco Personnel, Western Staffing and Medical Staffing Network. He progressed through the ranks to manage several regional branches surpassing all prior sales and regional profit records. This experience has given him insight to the challenges of starting and growing a business. He has been involved of all phases of running a business.
A graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in Social Science. Michael holds a CPSR insurance designation. He is an active member of the USF alumni association, USF Bulls Booster Club, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church. He is also involve with coaching youth soccer and baseball. Michael represents Payroll Consultants, Workers Comp Co-op, and Payroll Managers.
Dale Johnson: Field Representative
Dale Johnson introduces companies to Payroll Consultants Group with first-hand experience of its value. He co-owned CJ’s Cafes, operating 20 restaurants located in office buildings throughout the Tampa. Before he and his partner successfully sold each unit, Johnson was approached by Payroll Consultants Group to consider the idea of using employee leasing as a tool for reducing worker’s compensation insurance costs, and focusing on revenue-generating activities, rather than ever-increasing administrative duties.
Johnson chose to outsourced his HR-related functions through PCG’s negotiations with a network of PEOs, and went on to establish an impressive account list for his corporation, including Super Bowl catering. He also developed a store management food incentive program that successfully controlled employee theft, product waste and product promotional incentives.
